Licensed Microwave Radios
CFIP- Leading Edge Ethernet microwave radios
CFIP is a new generation of IP based point-to-point microwave radio solutions that combine high reliability, fast data speeds, flexibility and efficiency. CFIP radios, and especially the full outdoor solution, cut costs on many levels:
- Lower ACMA license fees due to very high spectrum efficiency or no license fees with 24 GHz
- Cost-effective use of solar energy due to very low power consumption
- All-in-one build eliminates the need of shelter/ rack space
- No indoor unit, no RF cables, fewer spares required
- Quick & simple installation and maintenance with user-friendly web management
Select one of the four products or simply keep reading to find out more about the benefits CFIP radios offer.

- Also available in class-licensed 24 GHz frequency band - same equipment as licensed, but without the ongoing cost of ACMA license fees
- PoE- only one cable for both traffic and power
- Hitless ACM (Adaptive Coding and Modulation) for increased link distances or data speeds with smaller antenna sizes
- QoS (Quality of Service) for traffic prioritization
- HP (high power) version available in 7-15 GHz frequency bands- helps to achieve longer link distances with smaller antenna sizes
- Very low power consumption (19-25W with standard power, 27-33W with high power)- ideal for solar powered sites
- Flexibility of Scalable bandwidths (3.5/7/14/28 MHz) and modulation schemes (QPSK, 16APSK, 32APSK and 128QAM)
- High spectrum efficiency for reduced ACMA license fees:
11.7 Mbps with 3.5 MHz channel,
32.4 Mbps with 7 MHz,
75.4 Mbps with 14 MHz and
108 Mbps with 28 MHz.
- User-friendly Management- Telnet, WEB GUI, SAF NMS, SNMP Manager
